"Aimee has been my agent for years, and she was my dad’s agent for years before that. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed to file a claim she and her staff have been very helpful and courteous when assisting us. That is why I have continued my coverage with her, even after my father passed away. Anytime we have had questions or needed to make changes to our policies her staff is available, and glad to assist. I just purchased a new vehicle and they got me a quote and answered my questions even over the weekend. I requested a quote late in the afternoon on a Friday , so I thought it would be Monday before I heard back from them. To my surprise I received a text message Saturday morning offering to continue my quote. After I provided a vin number and I clarified the coverage I wanted, I received the two quotes by Sunday. So, on Monday all I had to do was call and let them know which policy I chose, and my new car was covered by Tuesday when it was delivered. My previous vehicle’s policy was also canceled that day, since I was trading it in. The process went smoothly, and without a hitch. I have had renter’s insurance with Aimee in the past as well. The policy was a fair price for the coverage provided, and it was easy to get that quote and start the policy. Also, the State Farm app is great. I can view my policies, start a claim, get a quote, view and/or print insurance cards, and make payments through the app on my phone. Overall I am very pleased with the service and coverage provided by Aimee and her staff. I would recommend her to anyone."
